Corporate town hall
A single-stage executive event where decks are confidential and edited until the last minute.
A typical setup
One main stage with a confidence monitor, plus a control desk. Communications teams keep editing decks up to showtime; content must not leave the company network.
An illustrative workflow, not a customer case study.
Before the event
The AV team builds the running order. Executive assistants upload decks against each segment.
Rehearsal
Speakers rehearse with the confidence monitor and timer. Changes from rehearsal are uploaded as new versions.
Showtime
The operator opens each segment on cue. Offline mode keeps files on the venue network, with no cloud account needed.
Afterwards
The audit trail records every replacement, so the team can confirm exactly which version went on screen.
