Terms of service
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Tribuna workspaces and related services provided by Tribuna. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
1. The service
Tribuna provides software for managing presentations, sessions and rooms at live events. The service includes online workspaces, licence keys for the Tribuna desktop app, and related support. Use of the desktop app is also governed by the EULA.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for your workspace users and for keeping their credentials secure.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the presentations, files and data you upload ("Customer Content"). You give us a limited licence to host, copy and transmit it only as needed to provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights to upload it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Tribuna to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, probe or overload our systems, or resell the service without our agreement.
5. Plans, trials and payment
Trials are free for the stated period. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an order form. We may change prices at renewal with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service unless an Enterprise order form includes a service level agreement. Offline mode is designed so that events can continue during internet outages.
7. Termination
You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We may suspend or end the service for material breach or non-payment after notice. After termination you can export your content for 30 days.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
9. General
These terms, together with any order form and the DPA, are the entire agreement between us. If an order form conflicts with these terms, the order form wins. Governing law and venue will be those stated in your order form or, if none is stated, the laws of our place of incorporation.
