Security summary
Workspace isolation
In online mode, each customer has a separate workspace on its own subdomain. Every record is tied to its workspace.
Encryption in transit
Website, workspaces and licence checks use HTTPS only. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.
Role-based access
Admins, operators, moderators and presenters only reach the screens their role needs. Kiosk mode locks room machines.
Signed licences and updates
Licence answers are signed (Ed25519) and desktop updates shared over the LAN are signature-verified before install.
Audit trail
Uploads, replacements and schedule changes are logged with user and time. Replaced files are kept for rollback.
Backups
Backups & recovery
Workspace data is hosted on Tribuna servers in online mode. Every night the database, presentation files and workspace branding are backed up into one archive, which is integrity-checked after it is written@if ($keepDays > 0) and kept for 14 days@endif.
A restore check verifies every file in an archive against its checksum. Ask us about offsite copies and restore tests during your review.
In offline mode, your data lives on your own machines, and each room machine keeps its own copy of its files.
