Desktop end-user licence agreement
Last updated 28 September 2026
This end-user licence agreement ("EULA") applies to the Tribuna desktop application for macOS, Windows and Linux ("Software"), published by Tribuna.
1. Licence
If you have a valid licence key, or are in an authorised trial, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on the number of machines your plan allows, for your internal event operations.
2. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling, except where the law allows it.
- No removing, bypassing or tampering with licence checks.
- No renting, sublicensing or redistributing the Software.
- No using the Software on more machines than your licence allows.
3. Offline and online modes
In offline mode, the Software works without contacting our servers. In online mode, it checks your licence periodically and allows a short grace period when the network is unavailable.
4. Updates
The Software may download and install updates automatically so that every machine at an event runs the same version. Updates are covered by this EULA.
5. Third-party components
The Software includes open-source components under their own licences. See open-source licences.
6. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your presentations. The liability limits in the terms of service apply.
7. Termination
This licence ends automatically if your subscription or trial ends, or if you breach this EULA. On termination, stop using the Software. Your local files remain yours.
